Keel
What it is
A Claude Code plugin that interviews you about a greenfield software idea through a panel of expert personas (business analyst, product manager, architect, security, design, delivery), then generates only the foundational documents the project needs: requirements, architecture, ADRs, threat model, implementation plan and runbook, cross-referenced with stable IDs.
Who it is for
Founders, solo developers and small teams starting a new product who want a build-ready spec before writing code.
Why I built it
So a new build starts from a reviewed, load-bearing specification instead of a blank page and an improvised prompt. It can also threat-model its own output and harden the documents directly.

Ospraye
What it is
An AI recruitment platform for agencies, which I architected and am building solo. Inbound applications are screened against the role, shortlisted candidates take an AI voice interview, and the recruiter receives a ranked, annotated shortlist, with every candidate kept informed at each stage. It is multi-tenant and designed UAE-first around PDPL and GDPR.
Who it is for
Recruitment agencies handling high volumes of applications, and the candidates who apply through them.
Why I built it
The idea came from my co-founder; I turn it into the product. High-volume hiring is slow to screen by hand, and candidates are routinely left without an answer. Ospraye aims to shortlist faster while never leaving a candidate in silence.

cortextOS
What it is
A governed agentic orchestration platform I designed and built: a swarming engine that turns a plain-language request into a multi-agent workflow with no manual flow-building, shown both as a conversation and as an editable node graph. It is multi-tenant by design, keeps an append-only, hash-chained audit log of every action, works from web, Slack, WhatsApp and Telegram, and uses LoRA fine-tuned domain models for cost-efficient inference.
Who it is for
My own practice today. It is built for independent operators and team leads who need real automation without learning an agent framework, and for enterprises that need auditable controls before adopting.
Why I built it
Agent automation is usually either a black box or an engineering project. cortextOS aims to make it usable by non-engineers while staying inspectable and tenant-isolated.
